A downtown café, made by hand
We opened in 2019 with a single La Marzocco, a small roaster, and an obsession with the kind of café Orlando deserved — the one Maya kept telling friends she wished existed downtown. Three years later we're the corner most of the neighborhood plans their mornings around.
We roast our own beans in small batches, bake every pastry in-house before sunrise, and run the room ourselves. Same baristas who learn your order, same faces every Saturday. That's the whole point.
Slow mornings, strong coffee, and a table that always has room for one more.
